CFHC Services: Comprehensive health services are delivered by a qualified, credentialed professional team: Internists, obstetricians, family practice, pediatricians, dentists, pharmacists and nurse practitioners. A large complement of ancillary staff include: lab, x-ray, nursing, patient care and business service staff. Multi-cultural, multi-racial and culturally competent staff provide education, outreach and comprehensive health care services in a variety of languages. Specialty services not immediately available by the staff above are leveraged through a strong referral network. Extended hours conform to meet the needs of the communities with 24 hour on-call service to ensure maximum coverage. On-call and backup arrangements are coordinated with local private providers and hospitals. Site hours: Mon-Thu 7:30am-6pm, Fri 7:30am-5pm Billed to health insurance or sliding scale based on income
